Konsa centralising spacers help position tie bars, rock bolts and anchor bolts within deep holes so grout can surround the bar more evenly. Different spacer sizes accommodate a range of hole diameters and tie-bar diameters, as shown in the specification table. Their rigid, non-flexible construction maintains a consistent stand-off from the hole wall and helps keep the bar centred. Standard models are 60 mm long with a 91 mm outside diameter and internal sizes from 20 mm to 30 mm.

Konsa centralising spacer end caps hold the tie bar or anchor bolt at the centre of a compatible centralising spacer assembly. They provide a positive locating point at the end of the spacer and are available for 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm and 30 mm rebar diameters. Match the end-cap size to the installed bar and confirm compatibility with the selected spacer.

Konsa centralising wrap spacers are supplied flat and wrapped around tie bars or rock bolts for quick installation in deep-hole and grouting applications. The spacer maintains separation from the hole wall to support more even grout coverage around the bar.
