Konsa column wrap is a thin plastic film used to wrap newly cast concrete columns and reduce moisture loss during the early curing period. The roll format allows the film to be applied quickly around the column after formwork removal. Standard material is supplied in a 400 mm-wide × 400 m roll at 27 microns. Apply and secure the wrap in accordance with the project’s concrete curing method.

Konsa polyethylene damp-proof sheeting is available for installation beneath concrete floors and damp-proof course (DPC) for limiting rising damp through masonry. Black, green and co-extruded options are available in multiple widths, roll lengths and thicknesses as listed in the specification tables. Select the product specified for the floor or wall detail, protect the membrane from punctures and seal laps and penetrations in accordance with the project waterproofing requirements.
