Pull-out bars are supplied in Konsa rebar pull-out boxes for planned reinforcement continuity between concrete pours in walls, stairs, slabs, balconies and other staged construction. The galvanised steel box has an interlocking lid and pre-bent Grade 500S pull-out bars. After the first pour and formwork removal, the lid is opened, the bar legs are straightened and lapped into the next reinforcement zone. Multiple bar diameters, centres, lap lengths and box widths are available, with custom and stainless-steel versions on request.

Weldable rebar half couplers, also called rebar half couplers, create a rebar connection point on structural steel members such as piles, weld plates, beams and columns. The steel connector is welded to the supporting member, after which the reinforcing bar is secured using the integrated lock-shear bolts. A 45-degree chamfer supports preparation of the welded joint. Select the coupler size for the rebar diameter and ensure the weld detail is specified and completed by suitably qualified personnel.
