The compact formwork contact area and support for rebar from 6 mm to 40 mm make them a practical alternative to fibre-cement spacers. Manufactured from 32 MPa concrete and supplied with blackened wire ties, the spacers are water-cured for 15 days and dry-cured for a further six days to develop their intended strength. Available cover sizes include CR30, CR40 and CR50 as listed in the product specification table.

Their small contact area helps minimise the visible footprint against the formwork, while the concave seat accommodates rebar from 6 mm to 50 mm.
