Rebar Chair Spacer / Cover Block

Rebar Chair Spacer / Cover Block

Code: R15

Konsa rebar chair spacers support horizontal reinforcement in suspended slabs, beams and floor slabs while maintaining the specified concrete cover. The concave seat accommodates rebar from 6 mm to 40 mm, with cover options from 15 mm to 150 mm. Sizes from 60 mm to 100 mm are manufactured with a wider base for improved stability on softer supporting surfaces. Typical usage is approximately 2–4 spacers per square metre, subject to the reinforcement layout and project requirements.

Heavy-Duty Plastic Chair Spacer

Heavy-Duty Plastic Chair Spacer

Code: H25

Konsa heavy-duty plastic chair spacers support horizontal reinforcement in slabs and precast concrete applications. Their small contact area helps minimise the visible footprint against the formwork, while the concave seat accommodates rebar from 6 mm to 50 mm. Cover heights range from 25 mm to 80 mm. Spacers can be supplied with galvanised binding-wire ties by adding “W” to the product code, and custom sizes are available subject to manufacturing requirements.
