Plastic ferrule tube spaces opposing formwork panels while creating a sleeve around through-tie rods, allowing the tie rod to be withdrawn and reused after casting. The range covers several internal and external diameters to suit different tie systems. Tubes can be supplied in 3 m lengths for cutting on site or cut to the length required for the formwork assembly.

Push-on plastic cones fit onto the ends of compatible ferrule tubes in formwork tie systems. After the shutters are removed, the cones can be extracted to leave a neat chamfered recess around the tie opening for subsequent grouting or finishing.
