Konsa Joint Former / Jointex is used to form controlled joints in concrete works. Profiles are supplied in published thickness, width and length combinations. Confirm the selected profile against the structural or floor joint design, and handle and store the product to avoid distortion before installation.

They can be fixed to timber formwork with nails or screws, or attached to steel shutters using a suitable contact adhesive. Standard profiles are supplied in 3 m lengths, with dimensions listed in the specification table for selecting the required chamfer size.

Konsa reusable plastic fillet corners with fixing lips create consistent chamfers while simplifying attachment to timber or steel formwork. Narrow-lip profiles can be wedged or nailed at the shutter edge, wide-lip profiles allow fixing away from the edge, and slotted versions are available for metric, imperial and P.M.I. shutter systems. Profiles are supplied in 3 m lengths; select the size and slot pattern from the specification tables.

Konsa plastic ferrule tube spaces opposing formwork panels while creating a sleeve around through-tie rods, allowing the tie rod to be withdrawn and reused after casting. The range covers several internal and external diameters to suit different tie systems. Tubes can be supplied in 3 m lengths for cutting on site or cut to the length required for the formwork assembly.

Konsa push-on plastic cones fit onto the ends of compatible ferrule tubes in formwork tie systems. After the shutters are removed, the cones can be extracted to leave a neat chamfered recess around the tie opening for subsequent grouting or finishing. Multiple sizes are available; match the cone product code to the ferrule-tube diameter shown in the specification table.
